Boréalis today announced a new partnership with INSUCO, a consulting firm that provides specialised services covering all the social aspects of extractive, infrastructure and institutional projects. With this announcement, Boréalis makes a clear statement about its strategy to keep growing activities in South America, more specifically in Colombia, Equator and Peru with its new alliance with INSUCO.
The combined expertise of Boréalis and INSUCO will benefit the oil, mining and infrastructure industries. Through such partnerships with organisations that have a strong local presence, Boréalis wishes to harness their knowledge of the local market and physical presence in order to better meet the needs of new clients.
INSUCO services are complimentary to Boréalis’ application and include baseline studies, social impact studies, stakeholder engagement planning, compensation and resettlement planning, and the implementation of community investment programs. The company currently works in Africa and Asia and has an office for Latin America located in Bogota, Colombia.
