We’re currently seeking an Assistant for our CEO, to join our Business Development team. The candidate will provide support to sales and management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, is highly organized and has strong computer skills.

Among other things, the Assistant is in charge of managing multiple executive level schedules at once (including international schedules). She/He is responsible for the booking and preparation of meetings and might have to do some cold calling to potential customers, to then prepare sales visits schedule.

You’ll be working in close collaboration with our Business Development team. The Assistant will be using her/his organizational skills to simultaneously handle numerous tasks, including:

  • Planning and booking travel (flights, hotel, etc.)

The challenge we’ve got for you

We’re currently seeking a motivated individual to become our Digital Marketing Strategist, who will drive the digital marketing efforts for Boréalis and manage our online B2B marketing operations. You’ll be responsible for web optimization, marketing automation, PPC and any paid search activities. You’ll use analytics to drive engagement and conversion, and you’ll be our subject matter expert for digital strategies, always working to optimize demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion through digital media campaigns, email campaigns and landing page tests.

Key responsibilities

  • Own digital marketing best practices and standards, including reporting, measurement and ROI for digital campaigns.
  • Partner with our creative content team to develop specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments, including: email, banner ads, landing pages, and website development.
  • Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google Adwords and onsite search), online brochures & collateral and other revenue-generating promotional campaigns.
  • Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets / briefs.
  • Evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling (personas).
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analytics to senior level management, and guide program optimization.
  • Monitor and suggest improvements for the usability, content and conversion points of our website to support our growth objectives.

We’re currently seeking a Spanish speaking Business Analyst who will be in charge of delivering our business solutions through continuous follow-ups with our clients in Latin America. Under the supervision of the Customer Care Manager, his mission consists of analyzing our client’s needs and analyzing/customizing Boréalis’ technological solutions to ensure they’re aligned together.

Among other things, the Business Analyst is in charge of customer training, whether it’s through web conference calls or face-to-face. He is responsible for the success of the implementation of our software suite (SaaS) and for the adoption level of the product for social and environmental impact management projects in numerous industries, including mining, oil and gas, pipelines, hydro-electricity, renewables, etc. You’ll thus be the expert on client needs, business opportunities on the market and issues to follow.

You’ll be working in close collaboration with our sales and product development teams. The Business Analyst will be using his knowledge to highlight the value of our software in a language that speaks to our clients’ needs. He will be required to travel internationally several weeks per year. Principal responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assess client needs and offer solutions
  • Prepare project status / progression and all the follow-up reports necessary during project implementation of our solution for our clients
  • Ensure requirements and schedule synchronization of project development are on target
  • Write or adapt technical documentation, and user and training guides – All in Spanish
  • Provide training sessions for users (online and face-to-face)
  • Ensure the completion of user tests before on-site implementation with the client
  • Carry out data integration, ensure its integrity and security
  • Identify business opportunities, suggest new solutions and communicate this information to the Customer Care Manager

You must be proactive and autonomous – on a daily basis, you’ll be responsible to manage a part of your schedule and of determining the priority level client requests and tickets.  You love to learn, are autodidact and comfortable using different software and web applications. Finally, you’re known for your excellent relational skills, which will come in handy when working with staff at various levels, from juniors to executive management.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our B2B stakeholder engagement cloud solutions.
  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.

  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff and cross-functional teams, as well as third parties.
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You will be at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
