Ruben Burga has a PhD in Management from the University of Guelph, an MBA and is a licensed Professional Engineer. In his multi-faceted career, he has worked as a senior management executive and lived in Asia, Latin America and various locations in North America. Currently he is focused on teaching CSR in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph and researching this area with a particular focus on stakeholder management with entrepreneurial companies.
