Customer Management internship
What your day-to-day will be like
Contribute to the upgrading of customer monitoring tools.
- Take part in or lead projects as part of a continuous improvement process. Some examples of projects:
- Improve standard documents used for software implementation.
- Developing and analyzing satisfaction surveys
- Set up standard analytical reports for our customers
- Identify and implement automation actions for target customers
- Prepare a framework to improve data quality management
- Support CS department managers in various business monitoring tasks.
- Participate in other tasks on an occasional basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration in progress.
- Good command of French and Proficiency in
- Microsoft Office
Not necessary, but still good skills to have
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of a third language
- Ability and interest in data analysis
- Knowledge of GIS
