Cancellation and renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and we will reimburse you for any prepaid fees corresponding to the unused months in your subscription term, excluding any setup, onboarding, and training fees, which are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time by providing a 30-day written notice. Any prepaid fees for the remaining subscription period will be refunded, excluding non-refundable setup fees and other one-time charges.
Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to download your data in PDF or CSV format. After this period, Borealis will securely delete your data, unless otherwise required by law, ensuring data is handled per our data security and compliance obligations.
Yes, all plans automatically renew for one-year periods unless you provide written notice at least 60 days before the renewal date.
Yes, you can adjust your plan anytime to suit your evolving needs. Our Customer Success team will assist with the transition to minimize any disruptions. Note that while you may add licenses or modules, the quantities of Online Service purchased cannot be decreased during the active subscription term.
